Human resources department

  • Supervising the implementation of everything that requires the organization of functional affairs related to human resources at the university (faculty members - lecturers - informants - employees).
  • Preparing executive documents related to promotion, appointment, transfer, delegation, rewards, leaves, opening records, files, self-identification cards, and following up the registration of their occurrences.
  • Follow-up procedures for contracting with (faculty members - lecturers - informants - employees - experts and technicians) in connection with employment, employment and employment contracts.
  • Preparing the requirements for the examination and employment procedures announced by the university to recruit its employees.
  • Suggesting the establishment of training and qualification courses for new employees according to the plans set by the university administration.
